Carl Cockrum graduated from Gonzaga University in 1975, with a degree in Political Science. He also graduated from Naval Post Graduate School with a masters degree in National Security Affairs. Carl served in the U.S. Army for 22 years. In the Army he was infantry, intelligence and in diplomatic relations. Upon retiring from the Military, Carl purchased a CertaPro Franchise in Northern Virginia. In 2007 he moved the entire family to Albuquerque where Carl was able to become the first franchisee to ever be a two time Franchisee of the Year Award winner.
